    About the Role

    Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring seamless biometric enrollment experiences? As a TSA Enrollment Agent, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with identity verification, biometric processing, and enrollment services. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

    + Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot fingerprinting and enrollment equipment, including computer hardware and software.

    + Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system with precision.

    + Successfully complete biometric and data capture processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    + Track applicant processing times and maintain an efficient workflow.

    + Capture high-quality fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program standards.

    + Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
