Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
As a machinist, you will collaborate with lead machinists to discuss and plan jobs that need to be completed over the weekend shift. You will operate mill-turn machines to execute production tasks, ensuring machines are set up to run efficiently throughout the weekend. Once parts are completed, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks on the finished products.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with lead machinists to plan weekend production tasks.
+ Operate mill-turn machines for production jobs.
+ Ensure machines are set up for continuous operation over the weekend.
+ Conduct quality checks on completed parts.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in CNC machining and CNC setup.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with CNC milling and programming.
+ Knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with milling, turning, and machine setup.
+ Understanding of Fanuc control operations.

Work Environment
You will work in a very clean, well-lit machine shop, with three different locations situated within a few miles. The main location focuses on machining, while secondary locations are dedicated to quality control, assembly, and warehousing. The weekend shift spans from Friday to Sunday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, where you will work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hudson, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
