    Amentum is seeking an **Engineering Lead** . This role will support a future US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – C5ISR and Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Electronic Warfare Air/Ground Survivability (EWAGS) Division contract. The mission - to design, develop and transition state of the art Science and Technology (S&T) applications in order to provide situational awareness, detection and electronic combat technology mechanisms against both airborne and ground current and emerging threats. The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide engineering and programmatic support to the EWAGS Division to assist the design, development, integration, testing, documentation and transition of these S&T efforts to other Department of Defense organizations to be matured and integrated into Programs of Record (POR) and Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Leads engineering efforts that provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline required to meet technical requirements.

    + Must be able to plan and budget staff and data resources.

    + Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

    + Monitors performance and evaluates areas to improve efficiency

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance Eligibility

    + MS plus 8 years directly related experience or BS plus 10 years directly related experience

    + Demonstrated ability in related digital airborne electronic warfare systems.

    + Technical knowledge of AN/APR-39 Radar System Detecting Set and AN/ALQ-211 Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures.
