Join our team as an Operator Instructor, where you will support the development and delivery of training for Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) systems. This role involves reviewing and resolving training deficiencies, updating the curriculum, and delivering hands-on, onsite training.

The contractor shall perform the following task:

+ Conduct operator training for MAGTF C2 systems, focusing on system operation, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.

+ Deliver hands-on instruction for system emplacements, displacements, and maintenance.

+ Analyze and resolve training deficiencies, update curriculum, and support onsite training events.

Requirements

+ Previously certified as a Master Instructor in military training.

+ Experience with Marine Corps tactical data systems and Marine Air Command and Control Systems (MACCS).

+ Knowledge of Marine Corps formal learning center policies and training systems.

+ Formal School Instructor certification or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

+ Light to moderate lifting may be required.

+ Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
