    THE POSITION

As a Human Services Analyst, you will serve as the training officer for the Division of Operations staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the ability and proficiency of staff who work on child abuse prevention activities.     DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    Serving as the training officer, you will have a crucial role in the success of our Children, Youth and Families' Services Program. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, implementing, analyzing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the program and its operations. You will also be in charge of creating and maintaining effective processes to ensure that our division employees receive valuable and practical training, utilizing all available resources and tools to carefully review and adjust the training as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure the growth and development of our organization's services to better serve our community.

    Work Schedule and Additional Information:

    + Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

    + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

    + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days a week subject to operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will be required to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

    + Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

    + One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree;or

    + An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
