    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Responsible for supporting the administration, processes and controls associated with Penn State Health's qualified and non-qualified retirement benefits. Additionally, this role will share responsibilities with the compensation team. Provide analytical support in the design, administration, and maintenance of a variety of assigned compensation programs. Assist in the development of innovative compensation solutions. Ensure compensation programs are consistently administered throughout the organization. Conducts job analysis to determine Fair Labor Standards Act status of jobs; advises management, human resources and finance on compensation-related federal and state regulations. Participates in salary surveys and maintains the market pricing system.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

    + Bachelors degree

    + Minimum three (3) years of retirement experience required

    + Exposure to Compensation required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

    + Previous Healthcare Compensation experience is highly desirable

    + Working familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems preferred, specifically Infor
