Senior SIGDEV Analyst

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior SIGINT Analyst** to join our team in **Annapolis Junction, MD** . This is a full time position with 5 days being onsite. This role is vital for detecting internal and external threats while protecting and defending the most coveted targets in the world to ensure the safety of information systems assets, and protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access and destruction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for utilizing knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors.
+ Responsible for leverage principles and methods to exploit foreign communications and communication systems for identifying, collecting, analyzing, processing, and disseminating SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
+ Will develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information while demonstrating familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporating independent research to enhance target development.
+ Responsible for identifying target communications within the global network and providing SIGDEV support to optimize and develop access methods.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required, or five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
+ At least seven (7) years of experience, with a minimum of five (5) years involving modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching systems, and/or internet communications.
+ Proven ability to provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing access methods.
+ Experience with software applications and databases related to SIGINT target development.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
+ Working with Data
+ Move about freely in a laboratory setting.
+ Repetitive Motions
