    What you’ll be doing:

    Apply process mapping to understand key process steps and detail.

     

    Analyze data and work with process participants to identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations.

     

    Work with key stakeholders to identify new process opportunities to address high priority business problems.

     

    Help drive the development of new technical solutions that drive business process.

     

    Apply process knowledge to help drive requirements for new solutions.

     

    Partner with product managers to drive efficient development of new solutions with IT.

     

    Assist with User Acceptance Testing of new technical solutions or solution enhancements.

     

    Drive the adoption and usage of new technical solutions that drive key business processes.

    What you bring to the table:

    Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

     

    Good organizational and customer service skills

     

    Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and closely in a team setting

     

    Proven skills in pulling and analyzing large sets of data

    Qualifications:

    What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

     

    2+ years of experience in Merchandising or reporting and analytics

     

    What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

     

    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) or equivalent work experience

     

    Alteryx and Access experience is a plus

     

    Experience working with large, complex data sets

     

    Experience managing user training programs for applications

     

    Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
