Summary
The Account Manager will interact with the Account Management team and be a valuable addition to our Portable Department by identifying and satisfying our client’s needs. The role of the Account Manager is to manage and execute the turn-key process both internally and externally.
This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Philadelphia, PA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Oversee and approve incoming portable and tabletop orders
+ Create and organize paperwork needed to fulfill orders
+ Coordinate freight and show service estimates as needed
+ Manage graphic needs based on client supplied artwork
+ Generate freight arrangements/return shipping packets via Fed Ex/UPS/DHL
+ Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure proper order fulfillment
+ Maintain, track and manage portable inventory and information through Sparkslink/ExhibitForce
+ Direct client communication and status updates as required
+ Coordinate and order on-site show service requirements
+ Coordinate installation and dismantling labor when applicable
+ Create setup binders for onsite parties and/or client
+ Track return shipments utilizing timelines
+ Manage and submit all final on-site show service orders, labor and add-on invoices
+ Coordinate and complete final invoicing to client based on final scope to include tracking of client PO#s
+ Review and manage Sparkslink/ExhibitForce website maintenance and updates
+ Support client needs and provide exceptional customer service
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors
+ Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
+ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Trade Show industry
+ Show services capability & knowledge
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. And Google Suite
+ Ability to anticipate problems and pro-actively determine solutions
+ Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and deadlines
+ Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and prioritize needs to meet competing deadlines with accuracy
+ Ability to assume responsibility for completion of projects in the absence of direct supervision
+ Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player
+ Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
