Through the passion of our specialists, we continue to treat every patient with care, compassion and respect, while providing affordable and accessible services. *Job Summary* Assists Friendship Club members in the development of social and recreational activities, focusing on skills training, socialization, and the general integration of Rushford consumers. Encourages and supports member empowerment/advocacy initiatives and activities. * Bachelor's degree in human services preferred or * High school diploma or equivalent with significant rehabilitation experience. * Requires current, valid Connecticut driver's license. Must qualify for Public Service License. * Previous experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness strongly preferred. * Basic working knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
