Job Summary
The Document Image Specialist is responsible for preforming a wide range of administrative functions while supporting the Expediting and Customer Service team. This position is also responsible for scanning sales department documents into the Document Imaging Scanner.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Imports and Exports electronic file documents into the document management system (DMS).
+ Responds to all document change e-mail requests from various departments.
+ Adjusts system information and assists in tracking orders.
+ Answers all document inquiries received via phone, email, or ERP system.
+ Cross trains with the Receptionist and assists in fulfilling as a backup when needed.
+ Processes return authorizations.
+ Performs other related functions as assigned.
Job Specifications
Skills
+ Highly proficient skills in Microsoft; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Ability to understand the Customer Order Process, ERP System (Syteline 8).
+ Able to learn/understand the production processes, product offered, and services.
+ Ability to understand Written/verbal instructions.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Ability to manage multiple in/outbound calls.
Education
+ Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
+ Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite certification from an accredited institution.
Work Experience
+ Required: No previous work experience required
+ Preferred: 1 year of previous experience working in an office setting.
Physical Requirements
+ Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
+ Detail-oriented and have the capability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
+ Efficiently multi-task while maintaining precision.
+ Ability to carry up to 25lbs.
