    Kiliuda,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a **Project Manager** to join our Team in **Washington, DC.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified independently.

    + Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

    + Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.

    + Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.

    + Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.

    Position Requirements:

    + US Citizenship.

    + Active Secret Clearance.

    + Ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

    + Master’s Degree is desired. Acceptable substitutions are:

    + Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or

    + Associate’s Degree plus 8 years of additional relevant experience; or

    + Ten (10) years of additional relevant work experience.

    + Experience acting as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.

    + Experience serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.

    + Specialized project management experience in the DOD (e.g., managing cost, schedule, and performance).
