What you'll do...
+ Lead complex problem-solving efforts and guide the implementation of corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnership initiatives.
+ Develop and execute new commercial structures, including multi-year contracts and innovative partnership opportunities.
+ Provide thought leadership on economic, market, and business trends to influence strategic decisions.
+ Oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.
About the team:
The Health & Wellness Growth and Partnerships team is at the forefront of transforming healthcare solutions at Walmart. We collaborate across multiple functions and with external partners to create strategic alliances that enhance our health and wellness offerings. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to improve health outcomes and deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
+ Extensive experience in strategic negotiations within the healthcare sector (from the perspective of one or more of retailer, manufacturer, distributor or payer).
+ Proven track record in commercial negotiations with large vendors and experience with alternative structures(eg. partnerships, joint ventures or investments)
+ Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution supply chain.
+ Understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and its impact on strategic negotiations.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to forecast economic and business conditions.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
