    We have job opportunities available for **Ramp Agents located at the PDX airport in Portland, OR.** Experience preferred; but, not required as training is provided. The PDX airport location is a premier location in Portland, OR. We offer internal promotion opportunities and a competitive wage.

     

    **Job description** : The **Ramp Agent** is responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. This position loads and unloads freight and or baggage handling.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    + None

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Loads unload, services, guides, pushes back and directs aircraft

    + Transports Cargo to and from the aircraft in a safe and timely manner

    + Weighs, stacks, pick up, and delivers all cargo and accompanying paperwork and delivers to the appropriate location

    + As qualified, operates all power and other ground equipment, including push backs, tugs, tow bars, etc. as directed in order to complete Aircraft Operations

    + Ensures safety of all aircraft, cargo, equipment, and personnel at all times

    + Provides friendly services to all co-workers and customers

    + Keeps all areas clean and in an orderly manner, including storage areas, ramp area, break rooms, and surrounding work areas

    + Marshalls, parks, push back and controls all aspects of security of aircraft while under their control

    + Other duties as assigned
