Overview

**Purpose Statement/Position Summary:** The Senior Project Manager provides project management for projects of significant organizational impact, scope, complexity and/or magnitude; this may include, but is not limited to, strategic initiatives, operational efficiency or improvement, process improvement, quality improvement, new system or process implementation, change management, and special projects. Manages project to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives. May direct resources and project contributors or teams that are internal and/or external. May manage multiple projects and project teams.

**Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** 7 or more years of progressive experience; Clinical & non-clinical hospital operations experience preferred.

**Education/Licensure/Certification:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Scale Information

$104,832.00-$188,698.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
