Job Description

**The Project Analyst must have an in depth understanding of the Credit Card life cycle** processing required to define test strategy, creating test plan scenarios for process, function, integration, acceptance testing and implementation on highly complex Enterprise and integrated initiatives. Performs research, analysis, review, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Will lead and may supervise a team of project staff providing direction and planning with a focus on capacity and desired delivery timelines.

- Drive the definition of acceptance criteria, supporting development and delivery using various techniques to meet business needs and requirements.

- Develops test strategy and scope to elicit any testing requirements across business lines working with resources to ensure needs are met.

- Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Epics/Stories and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product development and delivery.

- Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle business line testing and drives the quality delivery of functionality leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). In the case of technical initiatives, understands and cares for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product with expertise in the technology required of the product.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Thorough knowledge of project management

- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Master's degree preferred

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
