What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.

+ Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.

+ Lead and train a team of electricians and technicians to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and troubleshoot issues.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards.

What Are We Looking For

+ Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in electrical systems and maintenance practices.

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
