    Traffic Control Supervisor Position

    Qualifications:

    + Certified Traffic Control Supervisor with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in traffic management and road safety.

    + In-depth knowledge of traffic control plans, regulations, and industry best practices.

    + Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and supervising teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

    + Clean Driving Record with a strong commitment to safety and responsibility.

    + Bilingual    Fluent in English & Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse work crews, clients, and the general public.

    + ATSSA Certified (American Traffic Safety Services Association) or equivalent certification.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Traffic Control Operations: Oversee and implement traffic control measures for construction, roadwork, and public events to ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians.

    + Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal traffic safety regulations, including proper signage, barricades, and lane closures.
