    Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an Equipment Operator I to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator I, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Reach Truck Operator (Raymond Equipment)

    **Location:** Sayreville, NJ

    **Shift:** 1st Shift **|** Monday - Friday **|** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour + $1.43 Benefit Uplift per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate Raymond reach trucks and other warehouse machinery to efficiently pick and transport products.

    + Utilize computer-generated tickets to navigate the warehouse and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

    + Participate in a comprehensive training program to enhance operational skills and safety practices.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and respond to changing business needs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Raymond reach trucks.

    + Experience with I-Warehouse machines is required.

    + Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts and double blade pallet jacks.

    + Warehouse experience is essential, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

    + Reliable transportation to and from the work location is necessary.
