    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mold Setter to join their team. As a Mold Setter, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Mold Setter

    **Location:** Chattanooga, TN

    **Pay Range:** $16.50 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure injection molding machines are set up and running to quality standards while meeting all production goals.

    + Connect electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to the mold; adjust molding parameters to produce acceptable parts.

    + Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a safe work environment.

    + Change tools and molds as per schedule or leadership direction, ensuring safety and efficiency.

    + Report any damaged tool change equipment to the Production Supervisor or Technical Manager.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

    + Crane Qualification is required.

    + No prior experience is necessary; we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    + Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
