    Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required. Highline experience is a plus! We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

     

    + Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must!

    + We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambitious

    + Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated

    + Outstanding follow up skills

    + Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

    + Team player

    + Strong communication skills –verbal and written

    + Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

    + Highly organized with attention to detail
