Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will play a key part in managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the efficient functioning of administrative tasks. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule with a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices with a high level of accuracy to ensure timely billing.

• Perform data entry tasks related to billing and financial records.

• Verify and reconcile billing information to maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Utilize Excel for light to moderate tasks, including tracking and organizing billing data.

• Conduct basic math calculations related to billing operations.

• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and client accounts.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all billing activities.

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support the billing department. Requirements • Proficiency in Excel with light to medium experience.

• Strong skills in billing and data entry processes.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.

• Average typing speed to efficiently handle documentation tasks.

• Availability to work a consistent 40-hour schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
