    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a non-profit organization in New York, NY on a contract basis. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting executive-level operations. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative functions and demonstrate proficiency in key software tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

    • Handle correspondence, draft communications, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting and data management tasks.

    • Manage electronic document signing processes using DocuSign and ensure timely completion of required approvals.

    • Assist with the use of CRM systems to track and organize stakeholder interactions.

    • Coordinate conference calls and virtual meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met using platforms like Cisco Webex.

    • Maintain and update timekeeping records using Kronos or similar systems.

    • Oversee calendar management to prioritize and align executive commitments.

    • Support financial processes by utilizing tools such as ADP and Concur for payroll and expense tracking.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with DocuSign.

    • Knowledge of CRM systems and timekeeping platforms, such as Kronos.

    • Strong command of tools like Cisco Webex Meetings and Concur for meeting coordination and expense management.

    • Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

    • Clear and precise communication abilities, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
