    Position: Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry Level)

We're looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist who is eager to learn and develop on an accounting team. This company provide the tools and environment to help entry level individuals thrive.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment

    + Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

    + Manage and maintain accurate records of all AP transactions

    + Process expense reports

    + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address any AP-related issues

    + Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects

     

    Experience Level: Flexible—recent graduates or professionals with AP experience are welcome to apply

     

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    + Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

    + Experience with accounting software is a plus but not required

    Requirements • Prior experience in accounts payable or related financial roles is preferred but not required.

     

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

    • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
