    Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to join our team! The Chief Clinical Officer is responsible for the clinical operations of the Organization.     Responsibilities:

    + Oversee operations for facilities across all states, in all aspects of resident care, admissions, staffing, programming, culinary services, facilities maintenance, and administration.

    + Drives development, implementation, and support of standardized operating policies and procedures.

    + Lead through vision and values for resident/patient and team-member well-being, quality assurance, financial management and regulatory compliance with the highest integrity and ethical standards.

    + Coordinates business operations with Clinical operations to ensure a seamless, efficient and patient-friendly work-flow.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field; Master’s degree, preferred, or equivalent experience.

    + Previous multi-facility management experience in healthcare or hospitality industry.

    + Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician

    + 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the healthcare or hospitality industry
