Lead discovery and design strategy for AI-driven tools supporting financial advisors

Define problem spaces and shape product vision in a highly ambiguous, evolving environment

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and engineering teams

Design user-centered solutions with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Present and advocate design decisions to senior stakeholders

Use data and research to iterate and improve UX

Qualifications:

5+ years in UX/product design with a strategic lens

Experience working in ambiguous environments and shaping new product lines

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI applications in digital products

Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and business impact

Financial or enterprise tech experience is a plus
