We are seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute their expertise and drive their mission forward.

     

    **Pay:** $18-19/hr

    **Location:** New Albany, OH

    **Shift:** 1 st shift

    + Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Fri

    + Week 2: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, including using HMIs and performing fault clearing to ensure uptime and efficiency.

    + Carry out routine production tasks such as material dispensing, line clearance, basic analytics, and maintaining batch records, while ensuring continuous operation.

    + Conduct equipment inspections, create maintenance work orders in Maximo, and identify solutions for mechanical and process issues to improve safety and efficiency.

    + Adhere to GMPs and SOPs in material handling, assembly, and packaging; report discrepancies to supervisors to uphold safety and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, use systems like SAP for inventory and recordkeeping, assist in documentation review, and help train peers on equipment and processes.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma / GED required

    + 1 year of Manufacturing or Operations experience
