    DESCRIPTION

    Open to **\#anywhere** in the **United States** , working **\#hybid** , 3 days in the office.

     

    You will focus on **root cause analytics, opportunity gap analysis,** and **strategic insight generation** with a **specific focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM)** overlaying profit driving principles to all analytics. Playing a crucial role in **analyzing** and **optimizing revenue growth strategies** for our clients by **identifying opportunities and developing actionable insights** in pricing, promotion, and portfolio mix strategies.

     

    As a lead for **RGM** projects with our clients, communication, including **listening to client needs** , and **clearly presenting strategic recommendations,** is key. You will work across a variety of in-house tools to deliver advanced and **value-added business solutions** and **profitable recommendations** . Experience with **Trade Management systems** and **promotional ROI analysis is beneficial.**

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + **Analyze** complex data and provide thoughtful, proactive guidance and recommendations that address pricing and promotional optimization, product mix analysis, and trade fund analysis.

    + Lead assigned projects with clients to **ensure all analysis points are delivered with high-quality observations and strategic recommendations**

    + Understand client KPIs that **drive profit** & **sales** and deliver data reports to the **scorecard** or validate progress.

    + Build **compelling opportunity analyses that offer clients solutions** to pricing and promotional problems using tools available, such as trend report analysis, willingness to pay studies, elasticity simulations, and return on investment tools.

    + **Work closely** with assigned clients, delivering on time and with excellence, to become a trusted advisor to build additional project work possibilities.

    + **Innovate new solutions to client needs** to deliver opportunity results backed by data

    + **Lead client presentation meetings** to deliver your results with the ability to fully explain data points reviewed, opportunities found, and strategic recommendations.

    + Provide follow-up and **summarize results of analysis** ; create case studies and success stories.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Requirements:

    + High School Diploma/GED

    + Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

    + Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement

    + Category Management Certification Preferred

    **Work Experience Requirements** :

    + 3-5 years related work experience

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

    + Solid working knowledge of the **CPG industry** (data sources, tools, concepts, etc.).

    + Proficient in **industry tools** utilized in the completion of the work assigned (syndicated data tools such as Circana, NIQ, and SPINS, other advanced analytic tools).

    + An advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including **Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query,** and **Power BI** needed.

    + Demonstrate advanced skill in plan preparation, **delivering effective solutions** .

    + Extrapolate opportunities to **drive results** based on **analysis** of a business challenge.

    + **Communicate** clearly and effectively while understanding and adapting to the audience.

    + Independently manages and, at times, **leads project plans** and assumes responsibility for tracking, communication, and timing while also being able to work collaboratively.

    + Break down larger problems into smaller components and **potential resolutions** .

    + Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, gaining trust and respect, leading to **optimal execution of results** .

    + **Execute** against strategic objectives by developing **tactical plans** .
