    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for quoting factory service, creating RMA’s and providing superior response time to all customer inquiries.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Provide a high standard of customer service to the account base

    + Quote service opportunities from price list

    + Collect all the pertinent information to issue an RMA # timely

    + Proactively meet with factory service personnel to obtain updates on all open RMA’s

    + Follow-up with customers to ensure they have the most up-to-date status on any open RMA’s

    + Respond to all customer inquiries with 1 business day

    + Maintain an excellent working relationship with appropriate factory contacts at all levels

    + Resolve any conflicts regarding pricing, freight, invoices, etc. as necessary

    + Ensure that all PO’s submitted have the correct information before proceeding

    + Maintaining timely and open communication with the customer and colleagues

    EXPERIENCE:

    + 4 or more years of related experience providing factory service support to Semiconductor, Industrial or Medical type customers

    + Experience creating RMA’s in SAP

    + Strong organizational skills, a proactive personality, and an ability to work independently

    + Ability to communicate at all levels across the business

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with customers and clients

    + Creating Service Cases in SFDC is a plus

    COMPENSATION:

    _As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $50,000 to $80,000 per year._
