Facility Maintenance Field Technician – HVAC/R Focus

**Pay:** $ 32.00/hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

We’re hiring a **Facility Maintenance Field Technician** who’s confident in HVAC/R troubleshooting, repair, and system performance—and ready to grow with a company that values quality work.

This is a field-based position covering multiple sites. You’ll have your own truck, a gas card, and the support of a solid team behind you. If you're reliable, hands-on, and want a role where no two days are the same, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do:

+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, chillers, and walk-in coolers/freezers

+ **Commercial Building Maintenance**

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently

+ Monitor equipment operation and optimize performance to meet energy standards

+ Maintain and repair building systems—mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical

+ Perform inspections, identify issues, and resolve problems independently

+ Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS

+ Travel between facilities with your provided truck and tools

What You Bring:

+ **4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R and facility maintenance**

+ Strong understanding of HVAC components including compressors, TXVs, motors, belts, and thermostats

+ **Commercial Building Maintenance exp required**

+ Ability to read schematics, diagnose faults, and perform complex repairs

+ **EPA 608 Universal Certification required**

+ Basic skills across plumbing, electrical, and building systems are a plus

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Self-starter mentality—you know how to prioritize and take ownership of your work

**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $33.00 per hour
