Eskimo Joe's is looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat experienced bartender to join their team!

Bartenders are responsible for assuring that we are providing the best dining and bar experience to each guest. Our bartenders must be friendly, outgoing, and top-notch communicators. We are looking for someone who will be consistent in crafting the perfect guest experience by always following recipes. Our bartenders should be organized and able to think and act quickly while always maintaining an attitude of positivity and delight.

Available Shifts

+ Lunch Shifts range from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

+ Dinner shifts range from 3:45 PM - 10:30 PM

+ Late-night bar hours range from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM

We are looking for a candidate that can work a variety of mixed lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts.

We require a minimum of 3 shifts per week, and you must be able to work complete shifts.

Job Requirements:

+ 1+ years of bartending experience

+ Exudes a personal and upbeat personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

+ Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest while assuring not to over-serve guests

+ Keeping a clean bar area and assuring that all opening and closing duties are performed to our high standard of excellence

+ Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ Punctual and reliable

+ Flexible availability

+ Listening and multi-tasking

+ Teamwork mentality

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Works well in a fast-paced environment

+ Standing & Walking for 8+ Hours

+ Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Note to all restaurant applicants:

+ All team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paychecks

+ Facial hair must be kept neatly trimmed.

+ Employees are expected to wear socks and restaurant slip-resistant shoes.

+ Only tasteful earrings and discreet nose studs may be worn. Ear gaging must be smaller than a dime and must have a non-clear plug. No other visible body piercings are allowed.

+ Hair should be kept neat and clean. If serving food and beverages it should be pulled to the back of the neck.

+ In order to best serve our guests, we ask that all restaurant employees are available to work at least half of any major university holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fall & Spring Break).

+ We are proud to support many community special events. Staff is expected to work the majority of Saturdays and special events. You should expect to be scheduled to work most OSU games days.
