QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Knowledge of data administration policies and procedures

+ Knowledge of data standardization policies and procedures

+ Knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices

+ Knowledge of data mining principles and practices

+ Knowledge of database management system (DBMS) principles and practices (Oracle, MS SQL, IBM Db2)

+ Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) tools and techniques

+ Knowledge of data asset management principles and practices

+ Skill in preparing reports

+ Skill in mining data

+ Skill in developing analytics

+ Skill in evaluating metadata

+ Skill in interpreting metadata

+ 6+ Years relevant experience

+ 8140/DCWF Certification

+ IAT II

+ CSSP Infrastructure Support certification desired

+ Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with potential for higher read-ins

+ Understanding in eMass and accreditation packages used by the DoD
