3E is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines local-area deliveries with warehouse support. Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.

+ Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy materials in a variety of settings (warehouse, construction sites, outdoors).

+ Comfortable working in all weather conditions (hot/cold, rain, snow).

+ Basic math and reading skills for completing order paperwork and inventory tasks.

+ Previous delivery or warehouse experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Relevant Experience.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Operate a company vehicle safely and legally to complete scheduled local deliveries and pickups.

+ Load and unload trucks with materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.

+ Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues.

+ Provide excellent customer service during every delivery or pickup.

+ Assist in daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, and put-away of materials.
