    Our client is looking for a Process Analyst for a 4-month contract and will be working remotely.

    Contract Duration: 4 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 3-5 years of tech writing experience, preferably in an engineering or fintech space.

    + 3-5 years of Visio Experience.

    + Exceptional Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint skills.

    + Proven ability to interpret complicated technical data and distill it into actionable process documentation for end users.

    + Proven ability to work concurrently on many process documentation projects at one time.

    + Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders to quickly bring process documentation.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Telecom experience.

    + SAP S4/Hana experience.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Daily Responsibilities:Process documents assigned to them, where they will need to deconstruct the older versions of the processes and align them to the new SAP S4/Hana methods and procedures.

    + Organize cross-functional support to reconcile, develop, create workflow diagrams, document, peer review, and deploy processes.
