    Rate: 17.50/hr

     

    Hours: M-F Mon-Fri 8a-4:30pm 1 evening a week and 1 weekend a month

     

    $2,500 Sign on bonus

    Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals thrive in stable, supported housing. We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-mindedSupported Housing Specialistto support clients living independently in scattered site housing.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support tenants in developing essential life skills (rent, budgeting, conflict resolution)

    + Help clients set and achieve personal goals

    + Provide transportation to appointments and activities (as needed, using agency vehicle)

    + Connect clients with community resources and services

    + Accurately document interactions and client progress

    What You’ll Bring:

    + 2+ years' experiencein human services or a related field

    + Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred (Social Work, Human Services, etc.)

    + Driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish)a plus

    + Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
