    Description

    Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Support Lead to join one of our valued clients' thriving teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee operational workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficiency within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead day-to-day operations support to ensure smooth workflow and communications across the organization.

    + Manage and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and resolving operational challenges.

    + Oversee scheduling, task allocation, and project timelines, ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met.

    + Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.

    + Monitor performance metrics, resource allocations, and budgets, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

    + Mentor and supervise a team of operations support staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals.

    + Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations support.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role, preferably in a leadership capacity.

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Skills:

    + Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

    + Proficiency in [specific tools e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, project management software, etc.].

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-paced environment.

    + Solid interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive results.
