We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our client's team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and efficient communication across departments. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading manufacturing organization while showcasing your expertise in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately enter and follow up on customer orders while adhering to company documentation procedures.

• Manage internal communication processes to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.

• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed on the status of their orders.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to finalize month-end sales processes.

• Maintain accuracy in external sales order entries and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Investigate and address discrepancies in daily sales orders, such as shortages or overages, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related challenges and exceed customer expectations.

• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to track purchase orders, requests, and buying processes.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or a relevant role.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively at all organizational levels.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience delivering solutions across teams and to customers.

• Exceptional multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounts payable processes.

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Critical thinking and prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively.
