    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Portland, Maine. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across various systems. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter and update data into company systems with speed and accuracy.

    • Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies in records.

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.

    • Perform basic calculations to ensure data consistency and correctness.

    • Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.

    • Scan, file, and categorize documents to maintain a well-organized database.

    • Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects and goals.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage reports.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions related to data entry tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational abilities to manage files and records efficiently.

    • Ability to perform basic calculations and ensure data correctness.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence.

    • Familiarity with scanning and digital filing systems.
