Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support estate planning and administration processes, working closely with attorneys and clients. Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents with precision and accuracy to meet client needs.

• Prepare and review estate tax returns to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Manage a high volume of tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

• Assist with probate and estate administration, ensuring all procedures are handled efficiently.

• Coordinate client intake processes, providing a detail-oriented and welcoming experience.

• Maintain and update case management software to track progress and deadlines.

• Handle calendar management for attorneys, scheduling meetings and important dates.

• Support attorneys in briefing and preparing for client meetings or court appearances.

• Address urgent issues as they arise, providing quick and effective solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in case management software and legal tools.

• Strong understanding of estate law, including estate planning and administration.

• Experience preparing estate tax returns and related documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience in probate and trust administration is highly desirable.
