    Description

    A full-service regional law firm in North Seattle is seeking a Litigation Attorney (Mid Level Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Partner) join their team.

     

    The base salary range for this position is 135-250k DOE with additional uncapped bonus earnings tied to personal revenue collected. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance (all 100% paid premiums by the firm); participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match and unlimited days of paid vacation, 1 hour of paid sick leave per 40 hours worked, 9 paid holidays per calendar year and additional perks.

    Responsibilities:

    Meets with clients and counsels them

     

    Conducts legal research.

     

    Interprets laws and rulings.

     

    Confers with colleagues with specialty in certain areas for optimal client outcomes.

     

    Drafts all necessary legal documents relating to clients' cases in a timely and consistent manner

     

    1680 billable goal

    Additional Information:

    This is a hybrid role, with some flexibility to work from home. They are a primarily in-office team and are not seeking fully remote candidates at this time.

     

    Strong mentorship component from the Managing Partner if desired/necessary

     

    Non-equity and equity partner track

    Requirements

    Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

     

    4+ years of experience in civil or commercial litigation with multi-million dollar suits

     

    Experience and ability to run a case independently from start to finish

     

    Trial experience desired but not required

     

    Experience taking and defending depositions and running arbitrations

     

    Strong legal writing, research and case strategy skills

     

    Desire to aid and mentor associates, participate in firm events and marketing efforts
