Description We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Irvine, California. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for building and optimizing data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing data warehouses, pipelines, and integration platforms to support business intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses and data lakes using Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory, Snowpipe, and Boomi.

• Optimize database performance, ensuring data governance, security, and integrity across all systems.

• Collaborate with business intelligence and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

• Configure and maintain data integration platforms and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Power Automate.

• Perform routine database operations, including backups, restores, and performance monitoring.

• Implement and enforce data security measures in compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Utilize scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell to automate data workflows and processes.

• Provide technical support and guidance for organizational data development projects. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Developer or Administrator with expertise in relational and object-oriented database development.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Snowflake data warehouses and data lake environments.

• Strong proficiency in ETL tools and pipeline development using Azure Data Factory, Boomi, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages, including Python, PowerShell, or R.

• Experience with data integration and analytics platforms such as Databricks, Redshift, or Boomi is preferred.

• Strong understanding of database security, compliance, and governance protocols.
