Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will will conduct a variety of studies, related to all the substantive programs, processes, and functions of the assigned division. You will provide supporting data to management to make recommendations to organizational and staffing structures. You will evaluate and recommend solutions to staffing/pay/leave/budget/training/quality. You will lead initiatives to improvements to programs and processes. You will will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and executing guidance and support PQTs, Branch Heads, and the Division Head/Deputy Division Head based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation and technical evaluations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09 Grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: compiling and analyzing data to compose reports and correspondence, recommending process improvement solutions to management to support overall organizational efficiency. GS-07 Grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in compiling and analyzing data to recommend solutions for process improvement to management to support overall organizational efficiency.
