    Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a **Commercial Title Examiner** job opportunity.

     

    Pay: $** **30.00/HR

     

    Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

    Responsibilities:

    + Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties

    + Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more

    + Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation

    + Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny

    + Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations

    + Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game

    Requirements:

    + **_3-5+ years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!)_**

    + A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    + An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality

    + Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Top-notch communication skills – you'll be collaborating with a global team

    + Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.)

    + A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN

    + Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens!)
