Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Pricing Strategy Specialist to develop and implement effective pricing strategies aimed at optimizing profitability and enhancing market share. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a new role within our company.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
+ Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
+ Maintain and update the CPQ environment to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop pricing models and strategies.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
+ Prepare and present pricing reports and analysis to senior management.
+ Support the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and provide training on the CPQ system.
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy.
+ Proficiency in using CPQ software and other pricing tools.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other complex formulas.
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
+ VBA experience is a plus.
Work Environment:
Join a smaller Accounting & Finance team where you will work closely with the CFO and VP of Sales. Our office operates on a five-day in-office schedule, with work hours from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Recently, we have implemented Netsuite to enhance our efficiency, providing a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
