    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong foundation in mechanical maintenance and preventative measures. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of tools, including hand tools like wrenches and sockets, and demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and logical thinking.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.

    + Adjust belts and ensure their proper function.

    + Troubleshoot and repair photo eyes and other equipment.

    + Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and sockets effectively.

    + Apply logical and critical thinking skills to resolve maintenance issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance proficiency.

    + Experience with hand tools, particularly wrenches and sockets.

    + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

    + Logical thinking and critical thinking skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Familiarity with electrical, HVAC, and electronics systems.

    + Experience with power tools, PLC control, and field service.

    Work Environment

     

    The position offers multiple shifts to suit your schedule. Weekend shift is from Thursday to Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM, working 36 hours while being paid for 40 hours. The first shift runs Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The second shift is Monday to Friday, 11:45 AM to 7:30 PM, and the third shift is Sunday to Thursday, 7:45 PM to 4:15 AM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrenton, Georgia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
