Seeking Machine Operators in Longmont - Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a continuous batch processing environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and consistency while working independently after a comprehensive training period.

Shifts

+ 2nd: 3 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri

+ 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Sun-Thurs

Pay Range

+ Pay Range: $20-$24/hour DOE ****+ 10% differential for 2nd shift and 12.5% differential for 3rd shift****

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up and calibrate machinery for continuous production.

+ Measure and mix materials accurately according to batch specifications.

+ Monitor production processes using computer systems and camera interfaces.

+ Collect samples, record data, and track product output.

+ Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance.

+ Work independently after completing a six-month training program with an experienced operator.

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Comfortable working with computer systems and cameras.

+ Experience handling and mixing chemicals.

+ Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.

Preferred Experience

+ Chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production.

+ Batch processing and visual inspection.

+ Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
