Description

Vargo Companies is a team of leading fulfillment and distribution center specialists with expertise in system integration, innovative software solutions and specialized equipment. They are currently looking for a Software Support Specialist in their Dublin, Ohio Location.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is primarily responsible for providing software support and will be part of an on-call support rotation to troubleshoot and resolve customer reported technical and operational issues. Additional duties include some software QA testing and travel for onsite implementation.

• Provide customer support to help assist with operational and system issues

• Take ownership of technical issues, working with our Development group to

resolve more advanced issues when necessary

• Resolve escalated customer complaints with minimal need for team lead

intervention

• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

• Review source code as necessary for troubleshooting

• Participate in providing training to customers as required

• Take responsibility for multiple tasks in multiple projects

• Participate in after-hours on-call customer support rotation

• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the year to support customer

implementation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
