Job Title: HVAC Residential Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a direct placement opportunity with a privately held company. The ideal candidate will have experience in both service and installation. The role requires visiting residential homes to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues effectively. You will be provided with a company vehicle to facilitate your work.

Responsibilities

+ Visit residential homes to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues.

+ Perform service and installation tasks.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations.

+ Work with various HVAC components such as coils, air handlers, and duct systems.

+ Ensure all tasks comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in HVAC service and installation.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.

+ Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

+ Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working as an HVAC Service Technician in residential settings.

+ Experience in construction or a related field.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
