    Job Description

    As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse team in Miami, OK. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development within a culture that supports continual learning. You will be responsible for managing inventory efficiently and accurately, contributing significantly to our clients' scientific goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Work safely, adhering to all safety requirements.

    + Receive, examine, sort, arrange, and count items for storage or shipment in accordance with established SOPs and customer requirements.

    + Conduct cycle counting of raw materials used in the production process.

    + Prepare accurate documentation for packing and shipping hazardous chemicals.

    + Maintain good housekeeping and keep inventory neat, clean, and orderly.

    + Verify accurate storage conditions of products and notify management of inventory issues such as expired products, breakage, and out-of-stocks.

    + Assist team members as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain collaborative relationships.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and follow instructions both written and oral.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + General warehouse experience.

    + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and possess problem-solving abilities.

    + Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs.

    Work Environment

     

    This position entails working 50% in the office and 50% in the warehouse. The role requires standing and performing physical activities such as reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Specific PPE is required, including gloves, hair/beard net, and safety glasses with no makeup or jewelry. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

     

    This is a position based out of Miami, Oklahoma.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
