    Position: Mortgage Closer

     

    Role Overview: As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely closing of mortgage loans. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Document Preparation: Balance the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure and prepare closing documents.

    + Customer Service: Provide detailed and exceptional service to all parties involved.

    + Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate transactions.

    + Communication: Manage routine calls, emails, and chat responses effectively.

    + Task Execution: Handle daily work queues and escalate issues when necessary.

    + Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required.

    + Cultural Alignment: Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization’s values and culture.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    + Experience: Preferably with closing experience; mortgage industry experience is essential.

    + Knowledge: Familiarity with investor requirements and regulatory standards.

    + Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of TRID rules.

    + Attributes: Passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals.

    Additional Skills:

    + Experience in loan closing and funding.

    + Title experience is advantageous.

    + General understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations.

    + Entry Level

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
